  • Easy Loading and Unloading: The spindle unit traverses the column slideway, allowing for a lower table position and a wide, open chuck area. This design facilitates effortless loading and unloading of workpieces.
  • User-Friendly Table Design: The table is positioned lower for convenience, widened, and features an open design to simplify operation and accommodate larger workpieces.
  • Advanced Controller for Precision Infeed: A proprietary controller manages vertical and cross-infeed using an AC servo motor, providing precise adjustments with a minimum vertical infeed setting of 0.1 μm.
  • Fully Automatic Grinding Cycle: Includes Coarse Grinding → Fine Grinding → Spark-Out → Peripheral End Step, ensuring seamless and efficient operation.
  • Customizable Parameters During Automatic Cycle: Operators can adjust down-feed step amounts, table rotation speed, total remaining grinding allowance, and table speed variability during the cycle, with step-less table speed control for maximum flexibility.
