PFG450DX series has been developed as a precision form grinder of small fine shape and complex shape parts, such as mould parts.

  • Purpose-Based Specifications: The machine offers three specification types tailored to specific grinding needs:
    1. PFG450DXA: Fully automatic with longitudinal, crossfeed, and vertical functions.
    2. PFG450DXB: Semi-automatic with longitudinal and crossfeed functions.
    3. PFG450DXC: Basic automatic operation with longitudinal functionality only.

  • Advanced Capabilities (PFG450DXA): The PFG450DXA performs a comprehensive grinding cycle, including:
    1. Coarse grinding
    2. Fine grinding
    3. Spark-out (adjustable 0–5 times)
    4. Automatic table return to the right-end stop
