Production band saw HBM800A

The HBE663A Performance automatic saw is designed specifically for cutting material bundles within the HBE Performance series. Its double vice and retractable fixed jaws allow for accurate positioning of strapped bundles. When paired with sturdy vertical clamping mechanisms, the bundle remains firmly secured throughout the sawing process. Additionally, the industrial saw features an adjustable feeding gripper that can be set to either 1,500 mm or 3,000 mm to accommodate longer cut-off lengths.

Features of the production band saw HBM800A
- Speed Cutting-Technology (option)
The integration of SC-Performance saw blade guides, an advanced cooling system, a dynamically regulated saw feed, and a uniquely optimized Auto-Feed-Control enables you to achieve peak performance and extended tool longevity.
- Prepared for automation
An advanced machine design requires significant capabilities in material handling. The HBM series production band saws are frequently set up as automated sawing systems. As a result, these machines come with a foundational setup that facilitates the integration of comprehensive material handling systems.
- Servo downfeed system
The saw's feeding mechanism utilizes a ball screw paired with a servo motor, leading to notably reduced idle periods and enhanced accuracy in the feed process. The benefit for you is increased cutting efficiency and extended lifespan of the band!
- Sensitive Behringer cutting pressure control
Enhances the cutting efficiency for tube and profile sawing by automatically adjusting the machine's saw feed to accommodate varying material cross-sections. Positioned right behind the blade, this system offers rapid and accurate regulation.
- Optimum chip disposal
To achieve optimal cutting performance, it is essential to maintain rigorous chip disposal standards. The machine features a broad, funnel-shaped base that facilitates the unobstructed movement of chips into the built-in coolant tank and chip conveyor located underneath. With an ejection height of 800 mm, or an optional 1,200 mm, it can accommodate large chip containers effectively.
- Economical use of carbide saw blades
Thanks to a strong design, the incorporation of cutting-edge servo technology, and appropriately sized chip disposal.
- Precision portal-design guide system
The integration of a sturdy, low-vibration saw frame with a portal-style linear guide system guarantees optimal cutting performance and extended durability.
- Cast iron band guiding parts
Manufactured by Behringer, these tools offer vibration dampening right at the cutting edge, which enhances their longevity.
- Automatic guide arm
Achieve the best sawing performance without the need for adjustments, even when material sizes vary frequently.
