Machine Capability:

The standard motor has been upgraded from the previous 10,000 min-1 to a highly efficient 12,000 min-1 spindle motor. The improved spindle motor is particularly effective for high-speed machining of materials like aluminum and steel, delivering superior efficiency.

Product Reliability:

Optional Tool Cleaning System (CTS)

The tool cleaning system (CTS) features optimized discharge holes, both in number and angle, to significantly increase the flow rate of coolant. This results in a threefold improvement in cleaning capacity compared to the previous model. When CTS is selected, coolant is pumped directly from the CTS system, using less air than the traditional air-assisted tool cleaning method.

Chip Detection Function

The chip detection function identifies chips that may become lodged between the spindle and holder during Automatic Tool Change (ATC) without the need for sensors. This proactive detection helps prevent defects by ensuring that any chips are caught before they cause damage, ensuring higher machining quality and reliability.
